Six Students Earn Statesman Awards

VGHS’s SkillsUSA Club attended the SkillsUSA Leadership Training Camp in Williams, AZ, the week of November 18-22. Aaliyas Thompson earned the Advanced Statesman Award which is the highest achievement a SkillsUSA member can earn in Arizona. Five of the students earned their Statesman Award: Delaney Dickey, Valeria Montano Paz, Drake Salas, Sydney Vigil, and Marina Wells. Also of interest, during one of the sessions, Valeria Montano Paz was hypnotized. The Spartans are advised by KJ Harding.
